1. What hours inside Telegram will you be available for?

Tuesday– Friday NZST (For clients living in Europe and America, these hours are often Monday – Thursday)

2. What if I am in a different time zone?

The beauty of Telegram coaching is that within 24 hours you will have an answer without having to wait for a coaching call.

I see the time zone difference as a beautiful buffer that helps you lead yourself first, I then tap in with wisdom and reflections so that you can integrate and close any gaps. 

By doing this, you build the skills that you will need to powerfully lead yourself inside your yoga business and not become co-dependent. 

3. When does this start?

There is no set date we can start at any time.
